it's the last day of school and i'm officially not Miss Soh! my students rather have me as a friend than a teacher, they've been dying to call me by my name or auntie pam. crap, i must tell myself not to respond when they call me that, not that it's a natural reponse to the "auntie" thing, but rather, i think it's rather impolite to ignore pple when they want your attention. er hmm. i must say i'm in high demand. my p1 gave me a present today and wrote a note: Happy studies! OMG it's like so cute lar, only primary 1 and they think like they're much older. anyway really so sweet:) I will really really really MISS them, sobs. the p5s still told me not to cry - haha i didnt la, cos at that moment...no feel to cry leh ha.

gosh, i miss the girls in school already! but i'm relieved there are no more 6am alarm calls and pressing the snooze buttons like...2-3 times? haha...think i'll go back during children's day and teacher's day. they keep asking me to stay but really, how can i miss another year of studying when i've put it off for so long? so i just ignore them la, then change topic, like telling them i'm going to africa for 10 days holiday to see my friends the lions and tigers, they start asking about black cheetahs and i know they got duped. SO FUNNY! well, it goes to show that they really believe watever u tell them. see how trusting these young children are. sigh, i'm going to miss them. got to find new pple to bluff. anyway, went to bukit batok some home team NS cdans adventure camp with the p5 girls. sounded fun but the instructors weren't trained as well as i had expected them to be. i kept prompting help throughout ice breaker. but she's pleasant, so forgiven. then the girls kept saying there was an instructor who kept walking by and staring at me. haha, quite cute. but i just told them because there were so many pretty girls in our section that's why he was staring. and really i didn't "feel" anything so i just sat there watching the girls abseil. to me, feel veli important! well, anyway the main point was to enjoy the last day with the p5 girls, which was acheived but because of the scorching sun and sudden downpour, i ended up with a headache on the way back. slept on the way back and got videoed by the girls again.

then, later on, was on my way to have dinner with g12 peeps. felt like vomitting so got a bowl of $3 fish slice soup b4 i took my panadol. yucks, to think i paid $3 for vomit soup, in the end i couldn't enjoy the food right in front of me and left earlier to puke out whatever was in my stomach. now i feel better, much better that i'm re-thinking of the yummy black pepper crabs and seafood hotpot that i just couldn't eat at all. i chewed a frog leg, spat that out; chewed the yummy scallop, spat that out too; took a bit piece of pork chop, decided to pass to lijuan instead; sigh, the pathetic morsel of rice couldn't go down too. how sad. anyway thanks juan for lending $10 for cab. the cab uncle blasted cantonese classics the moment i closed my door. gosh, thank goodness it's not hokkien, think i'll just throw up there and then.

now now i shall go dream of the yummy food i missed, and get up early to go to our little party and then can whallop the cake tmr, just to make up for tonight. hope yiji gets the yummy cake from secret receipe or any other yummy cake. whaahaha. i feel happier thinking of the cake and tmr's programme already.

got a present from uncle willie and auntie cindy and family over from perth:) they came in on sunday...they gave a box with lipstick chocolates, angbow and a nice blouse and a very sweet card! yupp, what on earth are lipstick chocos? i got a shock when i saw them cos they looked like lipsticks in playdough form. haha, but they're really yummy milk chocos, ask syl!a bit wierd but tastes just as good as milk choco:):):)

also, had YA bbq today. gosh, thank GOD for the weather! the dark clouds came in and there was thunder halfway. guess many of us were praying very hard the moment the thunder sounded la... also thank GOD these outings are not a weekly affair. it's super tiring! we were feeling deadbeat. as for me, i fell asleep on the bus. here's some random pictures

THanks to everyone who came to my party, those who wanted to come but couldn't due to whatever reasons:) YOU all have made me a very happy girl!! of course the presents made me very happy lar...cos every single item is special to me and i love all of em:) BUT most importantly, thanks for your presence! sorry if i couldn't talk to u much at the party cos it's really challenging to talk to everybody. well, i tried and i do hope everyone had a good time too:):)

ok, my wish list came true! haha, i have lots of shopping vouchers!!! there's esprit, topshop, zara, forever 21! jean go shopping with me k:)

i got 2 pairs of shoes..think the golden pair a little big, haha, i'll figure out. the red one is HOT! and i've got my slogan tees, almost bought the "#1 shopping queen"! haha, good thing i didn't:)

and there's anna sui perfume - one secret wish and another magic romance (from timmy) and magic lancome. and all the nice notebooks! i feel like writing notes in already! *rolls eyes* haha, must be dying to start school lar... anyway my favourite favourite ones are the notebooks with handwritten notes and from charmaine and sam - they put their baby photos in! so cute lar. and the denim book that they put photos from YA, camp, LS moments....so sweet lar.

alan got me a ladies crumpler shoulder bag. i learnt some new korean words from the card he wrote. haha, not bad lar. he must have learnt quite alot from his korean friend jun seok. and my korean classmates - ajumas. they got me 2 korean comic books to encourage my learning of korean. so cute!!! got animal comic book and another animae kind - both covers got sa-rang-hae-yo - i love u written on them. SO SO SWEET lar! they said they liked it so much they got them for me:) hope we stick through til level 6! mr ji-hoon (zhixun) got me forever 21 vouchers lar. so smart. haha. and thanks to jean, esther and woan ting for getting me the box of goodies. its so yummy! (junk food tee, 3 colour pens, 2 notebooks and sung si kyung cd) it's like a get-ready-4-school pack to get me started on the first day of school! chingu knows me so well la.

anyway, listening to sung si kyung.. his voice is soooooooooooooooooooooooooo nice! it's soothing and his voice is just so enjoyable to listen to! ah...

i'm so touched cos my poly pal jasmine hurt her back but still dropped by early to give me the present and chit chat. ya, it helped that her bf got a CAR so everything easy for her lar...and hazel barbara, my barnabas friend. i always stayed over at her place. kahman, my fellow lum fung fan - dropped by b4 rushing to work. claressa who drove from loyang to changi even though she had no idea how to...haha. she got lost everywhere la. must brush up on her directions! but still, so gan dong:):) and the special prayer in the room by LS peeps. i love u guys:)

i love my family too! the SOHS rawks aite! they gave advise on the buffet food (it was good right! i know my cousin was promoting the toufu) it was a clear-out! they got durian puffs, chocolate cake with a white choco key and guitar. superb! the cross pendant from mum and dad, "timeless"-themed ear studs from sophia jie, angbaos. they're the best lar. after everyone left, the young ones (me included) were in the room horsing around. omg, we were wacking timmy and thad with towels and pillows - got the OCS style, the matty style. and haniel was teaching matty to wack them. ha, and all the corny jokes that came out from everyone, we just kept laughing lar. we should have more family gatherings...haha, it shouldn't just be parties that get family together. maybe suring holidays ALL can just get together and stay at the chalet and play. hmm...should plan soon! maybe when gracia comes back for her hols then it'll be quite cool:)

AH, anyway, i can't finish thanking everyone lar. but i did enjoy myself and i hope everyone did! thanks again! thank u thank u thank u all! MUACKS!

raining the while day again! nisa was so nice to lend me her umbrella...

super tired today cos went with dad to buy stuff for bbq and other stuff for the party. was feeling super sleepy during korean class. almost didn't feel like being there. but my teacher still said i was very guai, at least i did my activity book even though she didn't give out hw yet. give her effort points for saying in chinese la. she said with much difficulty but sounds right, so yupp. oh had DTF for dinner with jean, i super missed the xiaolongbaos. dunno why we didn't go there for such a long time. hmm...

ALSO the dress i bought from bugis doesn't suit me cos it makes me look darker:( its a cheap blue floral dress la....haha, nvm i'll just wear an old dress and change to tees and shorts after that. its a chalet after all la... but my mum says must wear something semi-formal cos its my 21st. must wear nice nice abit, then change to lousy clothes later...my mother is a funny fella la. haha!

AND think there'll be no theme lar. too mah fan. but if u still want to come in slogan/graphic tee i'm good with it. do come in a funny one so we can all have some fun k:)

OH! there'll be some games. those primary school games like musical chairs, pass the parcel kinda thing? heh yes, and thanks juan and sky for being my hosts:) ALL must play hor! be enthu just for me k, muacks!

yiji gave me a present yesterday. i thought its a bracelet but he meant to give me as an anklet. but it was too short for an anklet (i have rough ankles) and too long for a bracelet..haha, so i asked mj to shorten it as a bracelet. he didn't mind as long as i like it! so nice la this brother:) its also the only "key" i'll receive. has a lock and key attached to the bracelet. very sweet:):)

my cousin's so sweet, i was joking with him to get me a pair of heels.so he asked me to bring him to go shopping to get whatever i wanted.but not free leh! this week is busy busy :( so...he got me anna sui's 'magic romance'! so nice right?! better than lionel and ben lar. haha

anyway, no cupcakes for door gifts cos the cupcake lady didn't reply. nvm, think of something else.

NOW! who can offer to bring your mahjong set?!?!? haha, let me know b4 i start begging pple:):):)
