went with juan for facial today...she''s convinced! i hope* aunt dorothy is nice even though she is super naggy at times, but i still owe it to her la. if not my face will be ruined la. we even went shopping a little and i found a nice pair of brown wedges for just $10! haha, will wear for mad's wedding, still thinking wat to wear for day and for night. faints.
after tt, pastor say he has something to tell me (which is nothing much la, but he has the habit of making everything so secretive, urgh! - but it works all the time on anybody, hmm...i should try to master that art of secrecy as well) so we went to bugis to meet them and went prayer driving round schools and for dinner at old airport FC.
we had guo tie, crab beehoon (huge crab with tough meat - but tasty enough lar, except that the crab really shouldn't have been allowed to keep walking around too much - tt's why the egg and meat a little too tough) and lots of chicken wings. haha, feeling like having chicken wings so i bought chicken wings from 3 different stalls to decide on the best stall. ULTIMATE winner is still the lao-jiao who has been selling chicken wings like....forever la. same old uncle with the little moustache and goatee. haha:)
go and eat at old airport FC if u havent! it's the newest and the best FC in town and I've been there!

there's klpt, speech/conversation contest and 50% sponsorship to korea to study korean! interesting, but dun really think we're up to it yet. sigh..
anw, thinking again, we started level 1 having a group. then the guys left due to other commitments, so it had to be another group. but there was an odd number, then bo bian i sit in the centre, so everytime there's pair work (which is like everytime), i am always the odd one out. since level 3 it always feels either: i'm being the extra one or thrown around to someone who does not have a partner. but there's no choice either cos i dun want to pair up with the irritating bu-nan-bu-nu and the other irritating ajumas. sometimes, i rather read to myself but if miss chi sees that when she goes round checking, i'll just die on the spot lar. i kind of like the idea that miss chi told us, about changing us around during pair work, it has its plus and minus points la. whoever ends up with him goodluck. but at the very least, i'm not the only one being thrown around or feeling wierd, everyone will feel the same way!heh heh heh
when faced with this, pple always think it's ok, or that i'm just over-reacting. damn, go and try it yourself; put yourself in my shoes.
i should try conversing with jun and bel next lesson.. may make a difference.
sigh, i can't wait to finish level 6 already.
aiya, just grumbling randomly la. but ultimately, the idiom "familiarity breeds contempt" fits aptly. how can best friends stay best forever? just doesn't make sense lar. nothing is forever..

ok, school is OKAY. i go for classes late everyday, at an average of 15 minutes, but seldom miss any important stuff. well, i try to b early la, but still prefer the bus rides, only 10 minutes more than train, anw i dun even miss much la.tsk. and i look forward to tea breaks most of the time when super shiok nai-cha and snacks are served. ah, just had an econs test, which i think should get above 15 out of 20. i'm still getting used to a student's life la, so not fun.
korean class level 4 comes to an end, which leads me to level 5! i think i'm really enjoy the language, in fact i excel in that better than anything else la. anw, got to use my 'skills' at last sunday's service. this korean lady wanted to have another translation set but no one could understand her saying:"an-dueh!an-dueh!", despite the huge x-man actions she was doing to show her point. i managed to tell her to sit and wait in korean! so happy la. haha
driving lesson number 4 today. bad day, went to bedok from kallang via east coast and dunno why keep letting the clutch off too much, stalled like....6 times on the road la. think i better sleep lots the day before the lesson, anw i think the lessons are going quite fast, will be learning slopes next lesson - upgraded to gear 4! haha, i understand the suckiness of changing gears - always 1,2,3,4 then 4,3,2,1 then up and down again. also, was crossing the road at upper thomson, some lady driver did a right turn and almost hit me la. was pretty calm, and she gave an apologetic wave ... haiya, and earlier on a taxi driver told syl and i about lady drivers. u know the right turning lane to parkway parade? he told us about a lady driver who was in the front of the queue and hogged it cos she was afraid of turning. she wanted to wait til the roads were clear before she made the turn, and pls lor, parkway is busy road! seldom clears...so i asked whether he horned at her. he say no lar, later horn her make her more kanchiong than if the engine stalls, lagi worse. super funny...
ok, back to my essay...
ps: my korean oppa not coming for gcyc !! no koreans again! think next year i'll not sign up for gcyc, they must be avoiding me la. pissed.

i can't wait for driving lesson1! i'm already thinking how it will go - will my starting and moving off of the car be a violently shaky one? or will i be so zai that my instructor will be wowed? ya lar, i sound mad but really, I'm so excited i went to apply for pdl and final test earlier than i was supposed to, just in case the queue gets crazy, as it always is.
